The text is taken from Proverbs 11:30. If you are a Christian, then one of your chief duties is to tell others about Christ and preach the gospel to the lost. The way you do it is up to you (like door-to-door, open-air preaching, tracting, talking to random strangers on the street, the internet, etcetera) but hopefully, you are active in some way in getting the good news out to others, and/or at least praying for others in soul-winning ministries.

Romans 10:14-15 --->
14 How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher?
15 And how shall they preach, except they be sent? as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things!

I also want to debunk the myth that not every Christian is "called" to evangelize and that it's only for those with a certain spiritual gift, or for those with a "ph.D" or with some paper credential. The only "credential" you need to go out witnessing is that you are saved yourself. The truth is that ALL Christians are called to evangelize to the lost, and not just a few. It doesn't mean that it has to be on a large scale and that you have to witness to at least a million people everyday, but it does mean that you should be finding a way to get the good news out to someone, somehow.

2 Corinthians 5:18-20 --->
18 And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation;
19 To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation.
20 Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ's stead, be ye reconciled to God.
